Starting a new day!

To meet a new day in a new way! I´ve just finished my breakfast of two eggs, dark bread with cheese and tomato. Then a cup of tea and a shot of Xango juice. Topped with vitamins and now I´m ready for a long brisk walk. It´s a beautyful morning with blue sky and sunshine. Good for the health and mind with the walk.
