Sunny Friday!

Thank God it´s Friday and a sunny one.
When I woke up this morning I looked out and I thought
what a lovely day for just to BE! To be or not to be that´s the question. A few hours on the computer to get things going and the afternoon free for a stroll at the beach. To soak in the sun for the vitamins, the light for the brain and the heat to give warmth to my skin.

Let the nature heal you and to be prepared for the winter months.

Sunday day 7 the resting day

Everyday is a blessing to wake up to. Have you thought about what the different days means to you? You can refer to your childhood, today and what it will mean to you in the future. If you are single or in a relationship it has also a different meaning. For me Sunday´s stands for reflections. Maybe a couple phone calls to long distance friends and relatives. To chill out in the launch. In Sweden it is getting darker as well. Time for candles. Good time for a look in the agenda ,what will happen during the upcoming week? Keep in touch!
