My friend is growing her own greens!
What a garden! Wow! She called me and asked me to come down to help her take care of tomatoes, squash and haricovert beans! I love too ,was my reply!
In the fridge for the winter with most of it, making a pie of tomatoes and a stew on beans.

Picking red currant berries!

Back from my friend Eva´s beautiful garden in Strängnäs.South of Stockholm. I picked a large bucket of red currant berries! Oh yes tomatoes and green chili too. Thanks Eva for your hospitality! Back home I prepared a pie of them and light crushed the tomatoes to be frozen. I will use them in different dishes later on. The Mother of Nature is so generous to us.
