The gold in the forest!

The gold from the forest,chanterelles! Hand picked! They tasted so good to pasta, a fresh sallad and a glas of rose wine.Today I played golf to finish of the day with a toast with chanterelles, goat cheese and sallad. Yummie! Wow thank God for the gifts the nature is giving us! Live with passion!

Forest time!

A day in the forest! Mushroom time in Sweden! With lots of rain and sunshine the growth in the forest is great!

Started with a coach call in the morning and now computer work.
A short visit in the library to pick up a book for the literature meeting
tonight. We are a group of seven women reviewing books every six weeks. We pick one book at the time and read it. Starting with a cup of coffee, catching up and then in to the subject! Fun!

Packing day

Packing day! Monday morning started with some rain.Nice, it cools down the temperature.Blogging, article writing and preparing for my golf tour tomorrow.We are going to an island between Sweden and Finland.The name is Åland. Good golfing Sunday! The rain welcomed me up this morning.It reminded me to buy a new set of golf rain gear.It´s never the weather it´s the clothes, yes I´ve heard that.The weather is clearing up now so cross your fingers.Let´s have fun and play well. Live with passion!

House vs apartment

For a long time now I have been considering bying a house. A house out in the beautiful archipelago of Sweden.I have two cats that longs to be outdoor and so do I. Especially during the summer! To be outside in the garden, planting, soiling and to harvest the fields. Smell the roses,lying in the hammock and reading a book can you see it? One day! Live for your dreams! Live with passion!

Thank God it´s Friday and a sunny one.
When I woke up this morning I looked out and I thought
what a lovely day for just to BE! To be or not to be that´s the question. A few hours on the computer to get things going and the afternoon free for a stroll at the beach. To soak in the sun for the vitamins, the light for the brain and the heat to give warmth to my skin.

Men vs Women!

The way we see each other is really different!
Not only between the sex but between our selves.

Dinner with a daughter!

What a nice evening ,last night with my daughter Beatrice!
She came over and we had fish ,baked potatoes and sallad for dinner. After that sweet muffin cakes with coffee.
Long night conversation about life, politics and love of course!
It´s nice to catch up where the youngsters are today.
To all mothers and fathers, take care of your kids!
Kiss and hug them a lot and most of all - tell them you love them!

Day of coaching!

What is so special to be coached by a coach? Why couldn´t I work it out by myself? Many questions require good answers. One is that when we think and keep the issue in our head it tend to either take over us too much, we come in to self doubting and most of the times we throw us over our friends and relatives. The coaches keep us free from prejudging you, we have no inner agenda for what+s going on, we seek in the future not the past for answers(you have been there by your self far too long ;) and we are positive to you all the time. I have my own coach too! Try it you have nothing to loose! Have an awesome day!

6th of July!

What happend on that day?
The year of 1912 the day was 6th of July.

It was the opening of Olympic Games in Stockholm!
Time flyes!
Think about the progress in sports since then.
Look at the pic with "standing high jumps",I love it!

I am proud to see that we had the first baseball game vs US then.

I have myself one Swedish and two Nordic Gold medals in Softball.

I´ve had the honor to be in the National Swedish Team to participate in European Championship in Den Haag NL and World Cup in Taiwan, what a thrill!

Well thats another story ;) Sports unit and fill us with passion, joy and hopes!

Day 7 is a day for rest. A day for reflections,rest your body and mind. How do you do it? I stay a few minutes in bed and thinking. After that a long stretch to wake up my joints and ligaments. Follow up with a fresh ,brisky shower. Drinking a big glass of water. At my breakfast table I have 2 oz of Xango, vitamins and minerals,sliced banana, an apple. 2 hard bread slices with cheeze and one egg. A cup of coffee with milk in it. Ready for today! Do what every pops in to my mind. Talk to good friends, relatives and a nice walk outdoor.

Saturday- sportsday!

Like every day it is a sportsday today!

Time for my mountainbike ride.

Out at the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm is a nice way.
Enjoying the nice warm weather, nice company and a great enviroment!
What else do you need? ICE CREAM! Yes we sweeds love ice cream!
I know, the land of dairy products. We have to be careful for our bodies to use too much of it.
One ice cream a week keep the soul happy ;) What do you do to keep your mind happy?

Rainy morning- sunny afternoon!

Rainy morning and sunny afternoon, what a great day!
Started off the day with a ride on the motorbike,early in the morning.
Fresch air and a good company. A quick shower and then to join my business partner for breakfast meeting and computer work. Tricky business sometimes, the computer work I mean. It´s so easy to have real people to deal with and not to fight with the internet life. If you ask an engineer he probably would say the opposite! One thing is for sure, tonight in bed with my reflections about today - I
know that I´ve learned something. What will be your daily lesson? Live with passion!

Different truths....

Good morning out there!

A reflection came up this morning. How different are we in thoughts and ideas of what is right or wrong? Yesterday I was confronted by an issue, among others ;) Regardless if you sign a paper or not upon the agreement it seems like we face it different in the end anyway.So I wonder, whats the use of signing a paper when it does not well seems not have any value in it? Another new month! July what does this month mean to you?

For me it is summer time here in Sweden. Oh boy is it summer!

Really a hot one!

It is also "come together" time.

Today I will have a cup of coffee with dear friends and to be followed up with meetings. Tonight´s session will be on the computer.
