Day 7 is a day for rest. A day for reflections,rest your body and mind. How do you do it? I stay a few minutes in bed and thinking. After that a long stretch to wake up my joints and ligaments. Follow up with a fresh ,brisky shower. Drinking a big glass of water. At my breakfast table I have 2 oz of Xango, vitamins and minerals,sliced banana, an apple. 2 hard bread slices with cheeze and one egg. A cup of coffee with milk in it. Ready for today! Do what every pops in to my mind. Talk to good friends, relatives and a nice walk outdoor.
