A full business day!

Oh what a day! Started early in the morning with a breakfast meeting with a female network group,Business in Heart.

Took off for a coaching client, then an aerobic class at a company. Time for a new meeting and after that a spinning class.

Last one was a speach for Lions group in Sundbyberg,wow what a day! I love that!

Spinning classes!

This week I started giving spinning classes for this season. I love it. It is a very good cardio training for all body types. My body loves it! Most of all my soul loves it!

Tomorrow is a new day with new possibilities.
