What a wonderful morning it was....and a great day! Saturday started off with a snowy, sunshine weather. One coach client in the morning and then a meeting with my business partner Tomas. It was about Online Marketing. I love that subject. Fascinating, tricky and so fun! The hours ran away to become evening. Back home I continued with a little bit of this and a little bit of that and here I am! To be continued...live with passion!

I have had two fantastic weeks filled with sunbathing, golf
and good food! My oldest daughter Jackie and her boyfriend
Erik came down. A wonderful time with them as well.
Back to Home Sweet Home and lots of work. I love it!

In HuaHin,Thailand 9th to 23rd of Jan

Playing golf and enjoying life at the moment! Tonight I watched a show by Robert Wells, Rhapsody here in HuaHin. At the Black Mountain Golf Club.
What a spectacular music show! If you ever visit Sweden, check out this guy. He might show up in your country as well, very well known.
Days are great filled with sunbathing and golf.
Pondering around the great dishes and reading good books.
Thats what holidays are about!

Boat trip

Back from a boat trip with the ship Birka Paradise to Åland.
Half way to Finland.
Dancing, eating good and socilized with a dear friend , Annika of mine. The archipelago is so beautiful, even in the winter. Woke up this morning and it was snowing over the sea, magic moment! This is what life is about.

Finally the snow is here. Just in time for Christmas.
Christmas decorations are up, the food is prepared and I am waiting for Santa to show up. Again!

Luciaconcert in Strängnäs!

This season I have decided to listen to more Christmas concerts
so today it was time for Strängnäs Domkyrka.
A big beautiful church one hour ride with the car south of
Stockholm. Met my friend Eva with her husband Lars and their daughter Madeleine. 100 kids were singing, an orchestra were playing and they had a theater ensemble there too. When we came out of the church it was all white by the falling snow.

Christmas is coming soon!

Today it is the fourth Sunday before Christmas.
Decorations in the house is up now.
The spirit is indoor and is within me.
It is still dark and no snow in the nature but I am positive about what is coming.
This season of the year is very extraordinary in a way.
Different feelings, emotions shows up. People act more friendly and kindly to you.

SPA trip 5-15th of Nov

Early morning flight to Canarie Island!
Spa trip for ladies, same week every year.
Training, water aerobics, mental training, power walking, yoga and seminars. All days!

Sunday! Took the day of for some office cleaning, a few boxes to unpack and watching the full moon to brake through.
Amazing energy. I am full of it.
Getting ready for my SPA trip to Canarie Island on Thursday.
About 35 ladies are going.
But before that, I have training and coaching clients to take care of.
Wow! I am blessed!

Busy week!

Last week was really a hectic one. And prospereus as well
Lots of training classes and several new coaching clients, fun!
I have sold my apartment and moved out all the furniture etc.
A new chapter in my life is arising!
To step in to the new you have to close another door.
Next week is rather busy as well. I am enjoying it and I am thankful for all
that comes in my way. Live with passion!

A weekend in the forest!

This weekend I have been outdoor in the forest.
Picking chanterelle mushrooms.
Made a nice dish with a toast topped with chanterelles, mustard and cheese, jummie!
After that a plum pie.

SPA trip to Gran Canaria

Planning and working with the yearly SPA trip to GranCanaria in Spain. Between the 7th and the 14th of November.
Me and Susan have been there 27 times!

Time flyes when you are having fun.

We bring around 35 Swedish women to pamper them.

Massage, gympa, power walking, seminars about health and fitness etc. Lots of dancing as well ;)

A great day with a golf tournament and we won!

We were compeeting in teams, I love that!

After that, in to the city for a premiair of a new movie. By Stieg Larson, very good one!
Back home for a movie on TV with Patrick Swayze, RIP. "Dirty Dancing"
